David Gish

Passing of David Gish SWATA President It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of our NATA District VI President, David Gish. David “fought like hell” just like he promised, but lost his battle with cancer overnight. David served his athletes, his students, and his members with professionalism, integrity, and character, and he will be severely missed. Though David’s tenure as President was very short, his impact and legacy to his colleagues, students, Board, and members was tremendous. He gave us the greatest gift of all, his time.
